This notice covers Fable Charm's free-book signup pages and the emails that follow a signup.

Who we are

Fable Charm, 1178 Broadway, 3rd Floor #4576, New York, NY 10001. Email: info@fablecharm.com.

What we keep

• Your email address.
• When you signed up, and on which author's page.
• Which books you downloaded or sent to a Kindle.

If you use Send to Kindle, the Kindle address you type is used only to send that book. It is not added to our records, though a copy of the email that carried the book stays in our mailbox.

Why we keep it, and on what basis

To send you the book you asked for, and email from the author whose page you used. You agree to that by signing up (your consent), and you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every list email or by writing to us.

Who holds it for us

• Google, for our signup records and our mailbox. Google may store data outside your country, including in the United States.
• MailerLite, for our mailing list. MailerLite is based in the EU.

Both act only on our instructions. Nothing is sold or passed on for anyone else's use.

How long we keep it

While you are on the list. If you ask us to delete your details, we do so within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete what we keep about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@fablecharm.com. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
